You will be responsible for progressing sales once an offer has been agreed through to completion. You will be required to liaise with Solicitors, Estate Agents and their customers, ensuring everyone involved is frequently updated on the progress of the sales, whilst at all times maintaining an exceptional customer service experience.
Job Description:

 <li>Ability to work under pressure within a target orientated environment with minimal supervision</li>

The Role
A client facing role in one of our busy sales offices, you will be responsible for promoting Manning Stainton in order to generate an increase in revenue in relation to targets determined by the Line Manager whilst at all times maintaining an exceptional customer service experience.
Industry experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given. We are looking for candidates who can evidence previous targeted sales experience in a customer focused environment. The successful applicant will need to have exceptional communication and administration skills, along with a passion to help people move.
General Duties:
<ul><li>To respond promptly to customer requests to book Market Appraisal and/or viewing appointments and to deal with their enquiries or requests in order to assist with their move.</li><li>To build direct customer relationships in order to promote and book appointments for our services.</li><li>Maximise cross-selling opportunities at all times by identifying and recommended related services to customers which will generate revenue &amp; enhance the customer experience</li><li>To be responsible for accurately recording all information collated from telephone contact on the databases.</li><li>Seek to maintain professional and friendly relationships with all Manning Stainton branches and departments</li><li>To ensure all calls are answered promptly and efficiently.</li><li>Any other duties as required</li></ul>
You will need:

We are seeking an outgoing and confident person to undertake external viewings on behalf of our Halifax office. You will be responsible for showing members of the public around properties for sale in Halifax and the surrounding areas and have a good knowledge of the Halifax area.
Viewings will be required every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10:30am to 4pm
The role is offered on a zero-hours contract.
You must have a full driving licence and use of your own vehicle which must be insured for business purposes
Your own car insured for business use, is essential. 
Salary: £7.50 per 30 minute viewing plus milage at 12p per mile
