This excellent opportunity has arisen as a result of continued dynamic growth plans; working from one of our busy estate agency offices as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser you will have access to a fantastic lead source with appointments and leads generated by the established sales teams. There may need to be face-to-face appointments locally too so the successful candidate needs to live within this area for office visits.

This role is to provide and identify customer mortgage requirements and associated protection needs. In addition to advising on appropriate mortgage products, the mortgage adviser also advises on related protection products including life assurance, critical illness, accident, sickness and unemployment, income protection and buildings and contents insurance.

We have a superb infrastructure in place to provide top-class service to clients, including excellent administration and back-office support. You will need to demonstrate a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets by providing professional and quality advice from the whole of the market, have the pace required to convert leads ensuring no stone is unturned, whilst maintaining our company policy of treating customers fairly.

The remuneration for the role will be on a competitive employment package and we anticipate that successful candidates will realistically earn in the region of £45-70,000, our very hard-working top Advisers continually exceeded £70,000 pa once established, with uncapped commission being available there is no limit to your earning potential.

Salary: £28,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
